By using the Aspire website or its services, you consent to collection, storage, and use of the personal information that you provide (including any changes thereto as provided by you) for any of the services that we offer.

To avail certain information on our website or to enroll for a course, users are required to provide certain information for the registration process that may include but not limited to: 1) your name, 2) email address, 3) sex, 4) age, 5) PIN code 6) credit card or debit card details 7) medical records and history 8) personal likes, dislikes and preferences 9) biometric information, 10) password etc., and / or your occupation, interests, and the like (collectively,” Identification Activities”). The Information as supplied by the users enables us to improve our sites and provide you the most user-friendly experience.
  2. Depending on the activity, some of the information we ask you to provide maybe identified as mandatory and some is identified as voluntary. If you do not provide the mandatory information for a particular activity that requires it, you will not be permitted to engage in that activity. If you choose to become a registered learning centre, franchisee or student of you must provide your name, address, telephone or cell phone number, e-mail address, a unique login name, password, and password validation, and a password hint to help you remember your password. This information is collected on the registration form for several reasons including but not limited to the following:

    2. Completing purchases
    3. Allowing us to contact you for customer service purposes
    4. If necessary, customizing the content of this Website to strive to meet your specific needs

  2. In addition, we need your e-mail address and mobile number to confirm your new learning centre, franchisee or student registration and for transaction you conduct on our site. As a registered member of this Website, you will be entitled to enrolling for courses. You could, in addition, look forward to receiving by e-mail, SMS or whatsapp monthly newsletters, updates for new courses, and other noteworthy items. However, you may choose at any time to no longer receive these types of e-mail, SMS or whatsapp messages.

For example, if you email us a question, we will use your email address, name, nature of the question, etc. to respond to your question. You hereby agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Aspire, its subsidiaries and affiliates and their respective directors, officers, employees and agents from and against all claims and expenses, including, without limitation, lawyers fees, arising out of, related to, or in connection with any of the following: (a) any services availed by you through the Site or any additional products or services purchased or obtained by you from the Institutions/Merchants; (b) any User Content submitted or posted by you, in connection with the Site, or any use of the Site in violation of these Terms of Use or (c) fraud you commit or your intentional misconduct or gross negligence.
  2. You are solely responsible for your interactions with Institutions/Merchants and other users of the Site. To the extent permitted under applicable laws, you hereby release Aspire from any and all claims or liability related to any product or service of a Institutions/Merchant, regardless of whether such product or service is available through the Site. In case the Merchant denies the deal on any product or service, or the product or service is found to be sub-standard, or the merchant wraps up his enterprise, or any other dispute arises between the Merchant and the User, Aspire cannot be held liable
